So I've had a couple people ask where my informal non-review of Death of a Pirate King by Josh Lanyon is, and I have to say, I think it's pretty incredible anyone even noticed its absence. I said at the end of my non-review of The Hell You Say that I'd be posting a non-review of Death of a Pirate King on September 15th to celebrate the release. That was...two weeks ago, I know.

A couple weeks ago, I posted 6400 total words in "non-reviews" about the first three books in the Adrien English series by Josh Lanyon (which, wow, adding that up I'm kind of embarrassed about it since it's a lot, even for a talker like me). And yet despite my promise for another non-review on Death of a Pirate King and more drawings, the number of words I've written for my non-review? Zero.

And I wish I could say it's because I've been busy. Well, I have been busy, but I sat down a few times to write some thoughts down and...I just can't.
