Once again [info]louisaclark  has written a very nice and very generous review f one of my stories. I still feel so touched when someone writes about a story I've written--I'm very lucky. You can read the review of the Boy Next Door Taste Test here.

Here's a taste of what a beautiful, poetic review LC wrote when she said this about my contribution, Breaking Point:

Dakota claims our hearts with this beautifully written, bittersweet story of first love and second chances. The changing tone is the best part of this story and a wonderful accompaniment to Jonathon’s voice. At first it’s subdued and brooding like a threatening summer’s storm, then it becomes intense and volatile when pent-up passions finally find their outlet and in the aftermath as the emotional clouds clear the mood becomes lighter when we’re given hope for a brighter day.

Thanks for a great review!

And she's back...

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm here and I'm okay and I'll be back to spamming you with all my writing related stuff before you can say, "not again."

In fact, I realize I never acknowledged what a lovely and generous review [info]louisaclark  did of my Wedding Sip First, A Dance. I was very touched to read what she wrote, and if you'd like to read the review, you can do that here.

And hey, it's been a looooong while since I did a thematic thursday post. Any requests if I dust it off and give it a go?
